Hello there,
Have you ever wanted to run good, like really good? Well if you follow these easy steps then you can possibly, maybe, potentially, run good one day in the future.
- Run a lot- The more you do something, the better you get. This one’s pretty simple. You can run at practice every day, but sometimes even that isn’t enough. If you want to really run good take the walk between classes and turn it into a run. Also, turn the walk from your bed to your bathroom into a run. Turn everything into a run. No exceptions
- Challenge yourself- Let’s be honest with each other for a moment. Running with running clothes on is just too easy. The clothes do all the work! If you run while wearing a Women’s one-piece bathing suit or a hazmat suit, you know that you are not cheating yourself by getting the advantage which running clothes offer you.
- Find other people who want to run good- It’s simple math: 1+1=2. If you find someone just as committed to run good as yourself you can help each other run even gooder
- All Star by Smash Mouth- It goes without saying that if you are going to run good you should familiarize yourself with this song. It’s practically the official anthem of running good.
- Do a race good- Running good on your own is fine and dandy, but if you want to really feel like you are doing it, enter yourself in a race. There are many different races choose from like the MEN’S 10,000M FINAL – RIO 2016 OLYMPIC GAMES or the GILDAN UNDERWEAR RUN. Once you do one of these you’ll have a better idea if you really are running good or if you need more practice.
