Twas the night of April 9th, and all was going to plan
Till the GroupMe found out about Johnny’s Clan
“Y’all should join” the Pounder exclaimed
A mistake for which he can not be blamed
Alas, the clan was full, what should we do?
Remove the old to bring in the new!
One by one, the inactives were booted
Actions that would be heavily disputed
Co-leaders couldn’t believe what they then saw
As leader Johnny enforced the law
Demotion, demotion, for you and for me
Confusion arose, to the highest degree
Clanmates were startled and so rose the tension
As leader Johnny announced a suspension
Leader Johnny was right, rules were broken
But the clan believed that he was misspoken
In a change of heart, ranks were restored
Clan members got back what they so adored
But the clan had a stark price to pay
For leader Johnny left that very day
A new era began, new leadership installed
With chants of “Long live Pounder” echoing the halls
As for me, I find myself stranded
My clan banner newly unbranded
One day I shall return to the best across the land
One day I shall return to Johnny’s Clan
But I do not fret, I must stay strong
For even a lost voice can still sing a song
